The appointment comes to you
There is something especially lovely about finishing a treatment and already being at home for the afternoon. No drive back, no rush to the next stop. Just the garden, a comfortable place to settle and the rest of the day ahead of you.
Massages and spa treatments can be arranged at the villa. We will help choose a suitable private space indoors or in the garden, depending on the treatment and conditions. Providers normally bring the equipment and supplies for the agreed service; any particular setup needs are checked beforehand.
A morning in the Yoga Pavilion
The Yoga Pavilion sits beside ancient boulders, looking into the little Zen Garden. Its roof gives you shade while the sides remain open to the garden. It is a beautiful place to begin the morning before everyone decides what the rest of the day should become.
Private yoga and mat Pilates classes can be arranged for your group. Tell us who would like to join, their experience and what kind of session they have in mind so the instructor can help plan it.

Facials, body treatments & nails
Choose one quiet indulgence or make room for a few. Each treatment has its own duration and price; our team helps arrange a comfortable sequence.
Facials · 60 minutes
Cleansing focuses on refreshed skin; Lifting uses different techniques and products for a firmer-looking appearance. Exact products and steps can be confirmed with the therapist. These are cosmetic treatments, without permanent lifting results promised.
Body wraps · 60 minutes
Take your pick of three body-wrap options. We confirm products and any water, shower or electricity needs for your chosen treatment before the visit.
Body scrubs · 45 minutes
A body-scrub appointment in the privacy of the villa. Tell us about product preferences or sensitivities in advance so the provider can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Hands & feet
Regular polish can be removed. Gel and acrylic application or removal are not offered. Ask before arranging any particular color, finish, nail-art or dip-powder request; these are not confirmed menu inclusions.

Gather in the shaded Yoga Pavilion for a class planned around your group’s experience and preferences. Both yoga and mat Pilates last 60 minutes.
Your mats are already here
Bali Retreat provides mats for staying guests at no extra charge. Blocks, straps and special equipment are not routine inclusions, so let us know if something specific is important. Pilates is mat-based; reformer machines are not offered.
A class that fits your group
The pavilion is comfortable for about eight participants and can fit a maximum of ten plus the instructor, tightly at full capacity. Bring drinking water and an optional towel. All classes need instructor confirmation; a larger group needs a separate quote and suitable space.

How your villa visit works
One after another, or together
Choose consecutive appointments with one therapist, or request multiple therapists for treatments at the same time. A couples massage needs space for two tables and two available therapists. We confirm the people, equipment and schedule before relying on a simultaneous arrangement.
For a simple budget example, two 60-minute Full Body massages cost $326. Add a private class for five to ten villa guests at $201, with the villa’s mats, and the combined total is $527. These are separate services, not a discounted package; availability and timing still need confirmation.
We bring the treatment to you
Therapists normally bring the tables, clean linens, towels, robes, products and equipment for the agreed service. We help choose a private, accessible space with a stable surface. Product substitutions, fragrance-free options or use of your own products need provider confirmation.
Therapists normally arrive 10–15 minutes early; instructors about 10 minutes early. Setup and packing are outside your booked treatment or class duration.
Appointments & comfort
Plan at least 24 hours ahead. Standard one-therapist massage and spa visits run between 7am and 6pm Aruba time, with up to eight treatment hours, in blocks of no more than four hours separated by a one-hour break between complete treatments.
Multiple therapists, special arrangements, longer or out-of-hours visits, and all yoga or Pilates classes need manual confirmation, normally within 24 hours. Ask Maria about last-minute requests; a message or price enquiry alone does not reserve an appointment.
Discuss pressure, focus areas and comfort with your practitioner. You remain appropriately covered and may stop a treatment at any time. Pregnancy, specialist needs and appointments for children require advance suitability review. Arrange that discussion privately rather than putting medical information in the message form.
Clear plans, no surprises
Payment & changes
Under current service terms, a card secures the appointment and the agreed total is collected 24 hours before the confirmed start. While awaiting practitioner confirmation, no payment is collected and cancellation is free.
If first confirmed within 24 hours of the start, payment is due and the amount becomes nonrefundable at confirmation. Otherwise, cancel free before the 24-hour deadline. After the applicable refund deadline, late cancellations and no-shows remain payable.
You can request rescheduling without a change fee until 60 minutes before the appointment, subject to practitioner availability. The original arrangement stays in place until the replacement is accepted.
Moving later or choosing fewer or cheaper services does not reopen a passed refund deadline; agreed increases cost extra. If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed service, you owe nothing and any payment collected is refunded promptly in full.
All treatment and class prices shown include tax. Additions or custom arrangements are quoted and agreed in advance. Separate experiences retain their own availability and terms; the arrangements are confirmed with you.

Do we need to travel to a spa?
No. The services described here take place at Bali Retreat, in a suitable space agreed for the treatment or class.
Do we need to bring yoga mats?
Mats are provided for Bali Retreat guests taking a private yoga or mat Pilates class at the villa.
Can two of us have treatments together?
Let our team know you would like simultaneous treatments. We will check the space and therapist availability before confirming the arrangement.
