Which features are heated?
Only the indoor swimming pool and the separate Hot Tub Hut are heated. The Outdoor Waterfall Lagoon Pool and its connected jetted spa pool are both unheated.
Is the indoor swimming pool heated?

The lap pool measures approximately 42 ft 8 in × 9 ft 2 in (13 × 2.8 metres), with depths from 4 ft 1 in to 5 ft 1 in (1.25–1.55 metres). Beside the entry steps, the adjoining soaking area measures approximately 13 ft 1 in × 4 ft 7 in (4 × 1.4 metres) and is 1 ft 8 in (50 centimetres) deep. Entry is by steps, without handrails.

What temperature are the indoor pool and hot tub?

Are pool towels provided?
Yes, pool towels are provided for your stay.
When does pool maintenance take place?
Roderick, our pool technician, visits every Tuesday and Friday at approximately 8:30 a.m. Aruba time. Visits are prearranged, and he enters through the main entrance to reach the indoor pool. You can choose for him to ring the bell so you can let him in, or authorize him to enter using his own access code. We arrange your entry preference with you.
What should families with children know?
The indoor pool has a shallow soaking area beside the entry steps, approximately 1 ft 8 in (50 centimetres) deep, that children can enjoy with adult supervision. All pools are unfenced, and children need adult supervision in and around every water feature, including the shallow area.
